is it safe to start meds for anxiety while 29 weeks? my dr took me of all my meds when I was only 8…

I would talk to your Dr. a lot of those kinds of meds can cause birth defects ! good luck ❤

I told my doctor about my pre existing anxiety and she put me on anxiety meds that are ok to take while pregnant. they worked great for me! for sure talk to your doctor!

I tried but he kept putting me on meds that gave me a bad reaction

@sinkora34, I'm 29 weeks and I've been on meds the entire time, I actually pretty much tripled my dosage because my anxiety got so bad from the pregnancy. the baby is healthy and I'm fine. it would be worse for the baby if I was off of them. I'm taking zoloft. I've been on it for over 10 years

my dr called in zoloft for me but I'm scared to take it because another dr told me that I can't just take the zoloft without a mood stabilizer because of my bipolar disorder
