Can contractions come with bowel movements?? I'm 39 weeks I haven't lost my mucus plug or my water hasn't broke, but my stomach is killing me and the hospital is 35 minutes away I'm not trying make a blank trip if it's nothing serious! What do you ladies think?

Oh. because I was told before I had mine that if I felt like I had to use the bathroom really bad and couldn't to go to the hospital.
