Had contractions every two hours last night, and now they are lasting for 40 seconds every eight minutes.. But it's nothing I can't handle they aren't getting more painful, they are just annoying. Is this active labor? I've been on hold with my doctors office for 12 minutes 🙄

I believe so if you live far from your Dr or hospital I'd recommend going in

Science! My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

This may be stupid but....how long do contractions last for? I keep having period cramps and lower back pain but it lasts like 3 minutes each time.

They finally answered and told me to go in for my appointment not hospital so we will see
