what do braxton hicks feel like

Contractions (cramps that start in ur lower back & move to the front of ur pelvic area that come and go)

when I have them I get a tightening feeling in my stomach, like a hard knot and I feel pressure. I also sometimes get a little bit of hip pain. the BH I have normally only last 15-20 seconds.

I just have pain in my pelvic or starts under my tummy and shoots down ... is that them ? or should I be worried they last a few seconds but come back twenty seconds apart but only lasted for a few minutes @jessicarose0602 @smb_mommy

How far apart are they ? How long do they last ?

i don't know if that's the same thing. I don't have a tightening feeling in my pelvic area. when I get them it's in the center of my belly or around that general area and they don't hurt. it just feels like tightening and pressure.

anywhere from ten seconds to twenty it happened for about five minutes then goes away
