Yay for migraines I have them almost everyday, sometimes with nose bleeds sometimes not. Today my nose bleed was so bad it was pouring out of my nose and I couldn’t breathe and was choking on the blood going down my throat. This is after it calmed down.🙃

Oh okay yeah hopefully it doesn't happen again try and get some rest and try a humidifier air could be dry as well

I know being pregnant I get them and hadn't had one since I was about 14 dr said it's something about being pregnant our blood and hormones and I was just sitting down so idk if it's from laying on your stomach
