Having such a hard time with all the weight I'm gaining.. I've always been small (5'4 & 116 lbs) but I weigh 138 now and I'm only 23weeks.. Help!!! π
My parents and fiancΓ©'s parents both have a pool so I plan to take FULL advantage of that when it gets warmer!! Water aerobics will be a definite. But thank you for the reassurance! @babybue16
I think that you are doing pretty good if it's all belly and your doctor hasn't expressed concern. I'm worried about blowing up everywhere else. Have you tried swimming? That might be easier if you have pain. You could also try seeing a chiropractor and getting massages to help with your sciatic nerve issue so you can try to walk/exercise more.
My doctor hasn't mentioned my weight gain so far. I'm mostly gaining in my belly & my hips have gotten wider. I have to limit my exercise because she likes to sit on my sciatic nerve and it causes me unbearable pain when I walk. I'm just so scared I'll gain too much and not lose it! @babybue16
What did your dr say about your weight gain? I don't think it seems like too much. You look like you are all belly in your pictures. :) Are you exercising? I know that's supposed to help you maintain a healthy weight gain and lose weight faster after you have your baby.
I weighed 120 and I'm 5'4 since 7th grade and now I weight 159 due to pregnancy weight
Trust me Hun I am the same way I have always been small but before I had my son I was at my biggest at 160 and now with #2 I am only 121 so far
@chance14, that's awesome!!! I need to start using the pool at my YMCA. That's the only pool I have access to.
