I am BEYOND PISSED!!! Before my son was born I sat down with my in-laws and had a nice little chat with them. I told them that I do respect that it is their house, but when my son and I come over for a visit I would like for them to not vape or smoke weed around him. We came to an agreement that when my family was over there the either would not do it or they would go outside. Well today my mother-in-law begged my husband for us to go over there and visit since she hasn't seen the baby this week. I really didn't want to take him out of the house (he is nearly 2 weeks old and to me it's too early) but my husband insisted that we go. The minute we walk in the door his little brother is vapeing and a short while later I look up and see his dad in his room with a pipe fixing to smoke weed!! Seriously?? I can't STAND drugs of any kind. I've seen too much of what they can do to people and I refuse to have me OR my son around it. I knew they would try something like this, I just didn't think it would be so soon!

Also I didn't take my babies out very often until almost 2 months. You shouldn't be bullied into otherwise. Other people can come visit you if they want to see a tiny baby.
Not that i have any problems with weed (I am from the Bay Area and live in Santa Cruz lol its been prominent and then legal most of my adult life) But its strange they won't even go to another room of you ask. Like little brother might have taken too long to do a final smoke, but his dad? like really? just go to the bathroom. or your own room. just this once? Crazy. Most pot smokers are a lot more polite than that, or at least the ones I know always would ask.

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.

my father-in-law smoked in the house(we live with him) and I flipped he duck out on him and later after everything calmed down I told him how harmful it can be and that it causes SIDS and that's she could die because of it and it would be his fault he apologised and understood.. sometimes it works to lose your shit. do it early because I waited till my daughter was three months and after she got a cough from being around it.
