Pumping and dumping doesn't remove the alcohol from your milk. The alcohol leaves when it exs your blood stream so you can pump and dump your milk but if it's still in your blood stream then the new milk will also have alcohol in it. That's why it's best to avoid pumping and dumping at all cause it's just a waste of milk

as long as you're good to drive you're good to nurse. so if you have a beer, that milk is perfectly fine to pump and give to baby. (but maybe not to donate to another mom.)
