You can talk to your OBGYN. They'll set you up with someone to talk to. I don't think a good doctor would automatically lean towards medication, they'd normally set up counseling/therapy. They may even have free help at a clinic nearby. Try typing it into a search Engine. I hope you get the help you need sweetie, it'll all be okay. Also try to lean on your in home support.... You can still call. Ppd can develop at any time. Just call the nurse line and let them know the issue and they may schedule for you to come in.
