Hey guys I have a question, in Maryland when two parents have joint custody of a child is it the non custodial parents responsibility to pick up the child from the custodial parent or r they supposed to meet halfway?

@carlitojrmami, yeah I would agree but she has a majority of the custody we only get him every other weekend and every Tuesday. And we have to pay like almost $700 worth a child support a month.
@carlitojrmami, that's the way I see it too. But my fiancé swears that we r supposed to take his son to his moms house n she doesn't have to meet us out if she doesn't want too. And I just think that's wrong. Especially when we have a little one on the way. When our little one is here I don't wanna have to drive an hour and 15-20 mins to go drop his son off. It's not fair to expect a little baby to b in a car that long especially when the mom is perfectly capable of meeting us out.

Can a parent that has an addiction to weed, loose any custody to there child?

If you share joint custody of your child and are the "primary" parent (meaning the child lives with you most often), can you move out of state without getting permission from the other parent?
If you have sole legal custody; is a signature required from the absent parent to take your child out of the country to a wedding?
If your child in CPS custody/ someone else taking care of them then you have no business having ANY MORE KIDS✌
It's between the two parties or the court
