Hey guys I have a question, in Maryland when two parents have joint custody of a child is it the non custodial parents responsibility to pick up the child from the custodial parent or r they supposed to meet halfway?

@carlitojrmami, that's the way I see it too. But my fiancé swears that we r supposed to take his son to his moms house n she doesn't have to meet us out if she doesn't want too. And I just think that's wrong. Especially when we have a little one on the way. When our little one is here I don't wanna have to drive an hour and 15-20 mins to go drop his son off. It's not fair to expect a little baby to b in a car that long especially when the mom is perfectly capable of meeting us out.

@carlitojrmami, yeah I would agree but she has a majority of the custody we only get him every other weekend and every Tuesday. And we have to pay like almost $700 worth a child support a month.
