HELP!!! well I'm unexpectedly on bed rest for a while and our anniversary is coming up Tuesday! I am normally on top of it and well I didn't expect bed rest, what to do?!

Movies have someone pick up chili's togo or any restaurant yall like together have that person set the table for yall and walk in slowly with slippers on and say all this is for you since we cant go anywhere and he will love it!!! 💞💞

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
