Lately I've been getting headaches everytime I get up from my bed. it made me dizzy a little bit . have anyone experience this? I'm 15 weeks & 4days. 😫

It can be something to worry about. SMH. can be a sign of dehydration. or could be extreme high to low blood pressure when changing from a supine position to standing position. I would tell your OB or if it starts to get to where everytime you stand Ho or change positions I would go to the ER. Better safe than sorry. *Medical experience*
