Already down 20lbs since having our baby girl a week ago!!👍🏼👍🏼 hopefully the pounds keep melting off. What should I do to keep losing weight until I can start working out?

Don't eat after 8:00 only drink water no soda or juices , and smaller portions it helped me after I had my daughter
