sounds like you're going to have to be rude and tell her not to say things like that to your daughter. that it's not her concern what your child does or doesn't need and that they can both be the baby together.

I have tried. she says 'well it's the truth you need to get over it' and when I get upset she tells me to get over myself and that it's my fault in the first place.

I am very close to just having her keep her distance until after I have the baby.

People are gonna be negative, they're probably jealous.

I know it's probably just the hormones getting to me...it's just I've heard it since day one.

I think a little distance helps put things in perspective for family. I've done it to my mom and we are much closer because of it. It tells her if she wants to be in my life then she's got to act right.
