start out slow but you aren't necessarily in any danger of your heart rate goes above a certain number...I do high intensity workouts and my heart rate goes up very high..I am in shape for it and both me and the baby are perfectly healthy. :) I would start out at 20 minute intervals and build up from there. If you do a more intense interval session-20 minutes is great but slower you may want to be on for longer to get in a good workout
Don't go over 30 minutes first starting out and on a low intensity. Less is fine but people make the mistake of overdoing it. Good job getting active again!
