can someone please tell me how to attempt to control my hormones?

I take deep breathes and think did i ever bitch about this before? and if it's a new situation I talk to friends before I say anything. doing it this way me and my husband have had a perfect pregnancy. the only thing I complain about is the usual man childness I complained about before lol

I tried to breathe... ALOT! Ppl mostly had to let me cry, bitch or throw my fit until later that day. Then give me a chance to reflect. Lol!
