Get the sweep and take an Ambien(my midwife prescribed them) I went into active labor that day. I was 1cm got the sweep at 830ish am went back in around 9 with pain and was a 3. I left with Ambien and 3 hours we were at a 6 and getting the epidural, and she was born at 713am the next day.
