kinda curious im i allowed to have herb tea like sleepy time tea when im pregnant jw

and that they need a 3 days notice *huff*i don't know y they have to not take an easy on me

i have to cancel and reschedule my appointment at 1:45 pm bc my husband and i tax return appointment at 11 and it takes forever and my husband got s his odd jobs to do its very annoying but transportation is a difficult thing from LG to Albany alone is a pain tried Medicaid cab all they do is be butt heads saying my husband can't come to my appointments and needs a document by the doctor stating he can come im sorry but i don't feel safe traveling long distances by myself especially with no service on my phone and its jus drives me nuts

ok its the samplers one from the store i do like chamomile but sleepy time helps me a lot when i have no way to really relax but i will definitely call my doctor in the morning

chamomile tea is safe, it's what I drink instead of bed time tea (my favorite) 😒

you may want to ask your doctor, I've read several things warning against herbal teas but my doctor told me that a few were safe
