Does anyone have any natural remedies for heartburn? I have it all day everyday! I eat small frequent meals and take my time eating, drink lots of water, and stay away from sodas, sugary drinks, fried foods, and caffeine for the most part (never been a fan of junk food or sweet stuff during pregnancy). I absolutely hate tums and don't want any medications. Help please and thank you 😊
@aj33, hmmm I'll have to buy some to try it, thank you!
@krstokes2016, thanks! I'll try that tomorrow 😊
yea the mustard is harsh but if you like pickles just a little of the juice helps 😁 @skyy12221
@krstokes2016, Lol gross I'll save that for desperate times but I love pickles! I have a jar in the fridge 😁
spoon of mustard chased with a little water...its horrid but helps. also pickle juice
@rachel8792, I'm not a milk drinker I only put it in my cereal but this baby doesn't like milk AT ALL! Every time I eat cereal and milk I get all day nausea so I gave it up.
@victoriaaaron12, I had ice cream today idr if it helped or not I'll try it again but ice and water makes it worse even though I still drink it lol
@bubblebeck, ooo! thank you I'll try it!
spoon full of ice cream or ice helps me
Sometimes lemon drops or candied ginger help me
need suggestions....
So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
