I will be 10 weeks on Tuesday I have been have the worst back pain and I mean walking or standing is so painful I wanna cry. is this something I should be worried about?

im pregnant with identical twin boys i have really bad back pain it could be your sciatic nerve is the pain in your lower back and spread to and through out ur leg on the same side im 24 weeks and 3 days pregnant now but i did have a lot of pain throughout my pregnancy that hurt so bad i wanted to cry i mean i still have back pains but its now my whole back top to bottom bc my breast are filling up with milk and my womb is getting huge sometime i get a light abdomen pain here and there without spotting mean my uterus is expanding to accommodate the twins but

I am into my 15 week now
But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less
Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though
What should i do i am very confused
Already have gone through 5 scans because of changing gynec
Just feel that untill i hear the heartbeat or see my kid i wont b ok....got sleepless nights
I do love the way people say you will know when your in labour and having contractions well I will be honest I didn't know and my pains weren't that severe till I was fully dilated I'm sure everyone has different pain levels
is it possible to have contractions without pain? my stomach gets really tight alot, but I have no pains.
just to be safe i would call your local obgyn just to identify it with them wether they would want you to get checked out to c if it's something serious going on but im pretty sure the pain is normal
