First time my oh has gone out for a night out since I've been pregnant and feel lost on my own with the little one, don't know what I'm going to do without him next week when he goes back to work...so worried being on my own and worry I'm going to suffer with anxiety! Has anyone else felt like this weeks after giving birth? Xx
yeah honestly!! your mother instincts totally kick in, I feel like I've gotten to know my boy even more since my OH went back to work, even to the point where I know when he does certain cries, I know exactly what's wrong with him and what he needs! I know it's easy to say but try not to worry and just enjoy the end of his time off, come the end of the first day you'll wonder why you were so worried😋 you'll be just fine xx
@emmaclark, is right. It's much easier when they go back to work coz it kinda kickstarts normality. you start doing things your own way and find your own groove
Ah really? @emmaclark , I'm just worried I'm gunna struggle on my own but hoping this is the only way I'm going to learn and cope is by being on my own and fending for myself! I'm so scared though xx
I felt like this before my other half went back to work, due to an emergency c section I felt like I couldn't do anything without being in pain and he helped out so much. I used to cry at the thought of him going back to work!! but even after the first day of him being back I was just fine, trust me it's actually better as you'll get into more of a routine with you're little one😁 xx
Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?
Has anyone else not gained much weight and they are 16 weeks? just nervous and worried this is my first baby..
My doctor said he would induce my labor at 38 weeks, if my baby girl still had growth issues and if the percentile dropped to 10 or less. Last thursday, it was 10 percentile, and he said if she didn't come on her own by 38 weeks, he would induce labor at that time. I'm 36 weeks 1 day today, he said my cervix was super thin, and 1cm dilated. Is there a possibility this can change... that my doctor will let her just come on her own? I don't want to be induced, i would much rather her come on her ...
GENDER POST! ??????
Alright mommas for everyone whose going to be finding out gender sometime in November or later..lets get a post going and keep each other updated. And for everyone who has already found out post below what you thought you were going to have and what you are actually having! ?
I am FREAKING out. I told my therapist I smoke marijuana to help with morning sickness, and she reported me to her supervisor. They referred me to their drug clinic on the 11th, and I'm so nervous because when they drug test me and if it's positive, I already have an ACS case and they will report me to my worker. My friend suggested Niacin, 500mg twice a day for two weeks, but I'm nervous if it's safe for the baby. I'm going to drink a gallon of water a day and try to ingest vinegar....ladies I'...
my hubs couldn't get any paternity pay as he earns just 4 quid too little per week to qualify. so he went back straight away. it was hard at first being a first time mum but like @emmaclark said you get to know your baby so much more and it is nowhere near as bad as you think its going to be. xx
