round ligament pains are the worse. I have been having them since 11-12 weeks. and they feel like I am dying, hahaha they last so long and they wake me up at night with these grabbing pains in my stomach and lower back. I haven't yet experienced Braxton hicks because my midwife said I can't get them 23 weeks. (I honestly don't know.) @moonchild

I'm not sure about Braxton hicks but my round ligament pain hurt so much it'll make me vomit! I got it with my first pregnancy around 12 weeks for like 3 hours...and with this pregnancy it was literally 20 hours it was a horrible pain I even went to the ER to make sure all was fine and they said it's just the muscles stretching

the round ligament pain is pain in your belly when ya skins stretching Braxton hicks feel like lower back cramps and lower belly pain those can be soothed by drinking plenty of water but the braxtons are not as painful as the real contractions so u will definitely know the difference
