I almost came out of the bed on a nurse when she came in and said I heard your ready for the epidural

@ashley07, I had one natural n one with epidural

I plan to have this one with no epidural... but in my opinion we were made to give birth natural and that's how we should do it and there's no reason to be numb from the waist down just my opinion

The only other exception is if you have a c-section
