My baby is on my sciatic nerve & I need some help relieving the pain. Any tips or any advice? This is horrible! 😩

heating pad on LOW helped me a lot! bath for me wasn't comfortable because I couldn't sit in a decent position to relax the nerve, let alone get in and out...but a rice bag or heating pad is okay as long as it's only on your back and not near your belly
put tennis balls in a tube sock and lay on them. then you can move them as needed to the right spot
