yep, cats can have them and that is the word. i can never remember it. at the shelter i work at we have had a couple. they can actually pick things up like humans, its cute too when they give an actual thumbs up.
Yea I think the word is polydactyl. I Googled it and it didn't look like his paws but I'd never heard of cats having dew claws so I Googled that too. :/ @sierranichols
some cats have that, it's rare. i can remember the name but when buying those type of cats they are expensive. its some type of genetic disorder that actually gives them a thumb. but that's awesome.

I saw a cat that had thumbs being rehomed and I begged my husband for him but he still said no :/ @crusaderblue @sierranichols
