Y'all I am so upset this morning!!

For the last 3 days when I pump I'm only getting an once tops that's out of both not an ounce a boob but one ounce together! And my breasts used to get super full. hard. hott and I knew it was time to pump but now their staying really soft 😢

I was getting 5 oz out of the left and 3 out of the right every time. 😢

My baby was in NICU for 2 weeks so I had to pump and I breastfed at the hospital twice a day. But since we got home Monday my supply had dropped. He was breastfeeding but was acting like he wasn't getting enough so I've just pumped since I have a over stock in the freezer bc of him being in NICU.

Help!!!! its depressing me 😣😣😣
