I was on here and then deleted the app along with FB. I'm realizing now that I need some pregnancy support. Tonight, at 19 weeks I started having painful contractions. They seem to be going away but it was really scary. I've been overworking myself and I know I need a break. We are trying to get our deck torn apart and new one built but I think this is a sign I just can't do it.

I'm the same weeks as you . we need breaks and not so much go at it all the time or you could force your little one out take a break every once in a wow stuff aint running away...i hope you and baby our doing fine now
