I think I'm having mild contractions, is this normal for 33.5 weeks? I have told my OB about it and she just said if they get worse, more frequent, or if I start bleeding, then I should call her. My next appt is on monday right when I hit 34 weeks, and I know they normally start checking your cervix at 36 weeks, but man I have having period like cramps in my lower belly and back for 3 days now, so I wonder if this is very early contractions...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
Sounds like Braxton Hicks. You can always ask your doctor to hook you up to a monitor at your appointment just to make sure they aren't actual contractions.
