Suggestions on how to induce labor? Really want to have it happen on my own without all the "medicine" at the hospital 😕

whatever you do. do not walk too much. it'll put you in horrible pain. warm baths, and sex is good.

@babygirlforever, I feel you. of course I want time to go faster so I can see my babies. but I definitely want them to stay in as long as possible. we've had scares as well. with possible ttts and IUGR. thankfully we've cleared from it so far. ttts can always happen at anytime. but if it does I'm at the stage they can just pull the babies out and they'll survive in nicu. I'll be induced early, at 36 weeks unless they decide to come earlier. my first born I had him at 41 weeks. I'm having mono Di Twins and they can't stay in there that long because it's very dangerous. I'm already pretty big. I know I'm gonna get HUGE here soon and want them out as well. but of course I want them at a good weight and healthy.

I'm not trying to rush it- I have less than a week before my induction due to medical reasons & would really like it to happen on its own. @shannaa24

What I did was go walking every day, like speed walking, sit on an exercise ball and rock back & forth, side to side, around in circles, and gently bounce up and down on it also. I also did squats, like just get into a squatting position and then try rocking side to side! I did all this in 1 day and my water broke right on my due date at 2am! good luck ladies! @babygirlforever @brittybuggg
