my ex and I are both on perscription meds for migraines ... and it's helped to severely reduce/get rid of ours

fill a bowl or the bath tub (just enough for ur feet)with as hot of water as you can stand ... stick your feet in it ... and lean forward with an ice pack (honestly frozen veggies work best) on the back of your neck ....

all you can take is Tylenol. try drinking some caffeine
