Make sure you stay hydrated

I'm trying to. @mrsgower I usually drink 3 glasses a day and I've been drinking 7 glasses since this started! it's so annoying.

definately make sure you stay hydrated but YESSSS I had it SEVERELY at first at 3 weeks as i coursed into week 4. it was soo not fun lol😊😊💖💕💖

I had it at the beginning but it wasn't severe. I switched prenatals and it stopped. Apparently some prenatals have laxatives in them 😳😳

the entire first trimester was constant bathroom visits for me with all of my pregnancies

I've been taking the same prenatal for a year and a half. I don't think it's that. but I didn't think about that. @mrsgower you had it between 3 and 4 weeks?

I didn't have severe diarrhea but I did have a lot of upset stomach and soft bms starting at around 4 weeks and still happens occasionally and I'm 8.5 weeks lol

I did ! and my heart rate increased a bit

I've noticed my heart rate increase by just a few more beats a min. and I get so tired doing everyday things lol
