Bobs are great .  I got a double jogger from Craigslist for 75. It was a knock off brand but it was a great stroller

graco travel systems come with a car seat. and easy to take walks with.

We have a Bob and love it. It's pretty bulky and heavy though. Not great for folding up and throwing in your car. My parents have the Citi mini and it's really nice and easy to use. But if you're going to be running with it I would invest in the Bob.
