Holy difficulty breathing Batman... 16 weeks and went for a small hike (I've been doing much more difficult hiking throughout this pregnancy). It was the first time that I just couldn't catch my breath. As long as I drink plenty of water and stop when I need to there is no reason I can't keep hiking this summer, is there?
