to my ladies that pump...how often do you pump to keep your supply up? do you still breastfeed while pumping? i don't wanna dry up and i need tips

I know what you mean try to avoid formula for a bit to see how things go maybe, or use a warm wet cloth and rub it on your boobs

i do that to (pump feed and formula) but when i pump it seems like I'm drying up. i get about an ounce per breast now and a week ago i got about 2 per breast i don't know how to increase it

I do both and not on a timely schedule either its good to have a time limit when pumping cause say if you pump at twelve then pump at two then pump at five your body is gonna get in that schedule and get confused on whether you should pump or not try pumping every two hours or every four hours or in between and breastfeed as much as you can cause my breast milk seems to be drying up I can't even fill up half a bottle really cause my scheduling is so off I breastfeed, pump, and formula
