anyone else notice that their baby is awake when your awake and sleeps when you sleep? my son is moving all around during the day and at night he sleeps with me. im 30 weeks

Also last 3 nights been vomiting in my sleep wake up choking in it but never sick when awake anyone else experience this Dr. has no clue why and never heard of this
