Oh awesome I'm actually going to Kroger for grocery shopping today so I'll pick some up! Thanks so much. How's the taste? And you really feel that it helped your labor be a bit easier? Sorry for all the questions 😝
Kroger or Owens and I drank two cups a day!@emkasting
@angelkisses I heard about inserting it but the bottle that I got says to take one capsule orally daily so idk if I should.. And @warfordmomma where can I get red raspberry leaf tea? I've heard tons about it!
I say try it! I didn't but I did take red raspberry leaf tea and it make my labor easier I feel!
you can take it orally ands insert it. I've been doing it most of this week and have lost my plug again but nothing more yet. I hope soon.
I'm 36 weeks today so I think I'm gonna start taking it. Do you know of any risks associated? And is it supposed to just help thin your cervix and that's it, or is it also supposed to help make labor "easier" or anything? Obviously everyone is different but just in general do you know?
from what I've read on it, it seems to work. it thins you out which will then help you start contractions. I'll be trying it once I reach 36 weeks.
I've read a lot about it and I used to take it back in the day to help with PMS but I have no idea about how it works with pregnancy.
@littlemissrainesmommy right! I remember reading about it in the beginning of my pregnancy about how it's recommended to take during your third trimester but I don't remember exact details. I bought a bottle of capsules yesterday so I'm interested to know what the benefits and possible risks, if any, there are. I'll tag you if I get some answers!
followinggggg!!!!!! I've been wondering about it too! lol
the taste is not bad I added honey to mine and a little bit of sugar! I drank mine warm! Ya I would say so bc it helps soften the uterus and from the moment I started drinking it my ob kept saying ur soft. and when I was in labor yesterday bc I was so soft it was easier to stretch! @emkasting
