It's 4 am and I can't sleep due to all the weird dreams I'm having. I swear each time I fall asleep it's like I'm in a new serial killer movie and I'm always the victim. Why can't I just have happy dreams 😞

The tv shows I watch have a lot of influence on my dreams. It is hard to find good shows that don't give me nightmares.

@t142, I do! I try so hard to prop myself up on my side. I have all these pillows and I still end up rolling somehow

I had nightmares all night too I had to sleep with the light on lol

Try to avoid sleeping on your back. That's what happens to me. I need to place a pillow on my back and one in front of me.

OMG the nightmares are the worst cuz they are so vivid! Sex dreams aren't bad at all but oh my gosh I wake up in a panic when I'm having a bad dream, and then go right back to it when I fall asleep again 😩
