I TRIED ALMOND MILK TODAY SHE HAD NO ISSUES AS FAR AS GAS OR POOP AND SHE DRANK IT MOSTLY ALL BUT DOING MORE REASEARCH IM FINDING THERE IS AN ADDITIVE IN ALMOND MILK THAT IS QUESTIONABLE AND THAT ORGANIC MILK IS BETTER THAN ALMOND,SOY ESP IF YOU HAVE NO ALLERGIES OR SENSITIVITIES TO MILK !!!  I WISH I WAS A GOOD PUMPER SO I HAD A GOOD SUPPLY OF BM FOR HER FOR THE NEXT YEAR BUT I DON'T !😩😩😩

@carterclaytonb, that was the one I had planned to use but then found out that it has carrageenan which is a carcinogenic which causes cancer which runs in my family on my dad side plus my baby has sickle cell which effects her blood

They have organic lactose free whole milk it's just really difficult to find. (If the lactose is something you're worried about) my son drinks it. I think the brand is horizon

I see, I think I will try for organic whole milk then, the only one I found that doesn't have all the pesticides and chemicals and doesn't treat the cows Inhumanely  is Stoneyfield milk

whole milk is healthier than 2% or skim. that fat helps prevent the body from absorbing the sugars.... learned that from my diabetic husband's nutritionist. soy also increases estrogen I guess. that one I just read

We don't drink whole milk in our house only 2% and soy/almond so I'm trying to figure out what I should do I know getting the vitamin D is important @whitney I'm just trying to figure out what to give her

I work with children and when they turn one they drink vitamin D milk
