When it comes out completely there will be blood or old blood (brown stuff) mixed with it and a lot of it, known as the blood show. I had both my children within 24 hours of losing it. I was also having contractions at the time.

well it just feels like I'm having my Period cramps @karnamarie

@makhi_mom328 Start writing down when you have those period like cramps and when they are really unfortable. Contractions feel like BH with period like cramps. Tightening on the stomach and the menstrual like cramp holds for a few seconds then starts going away. If you start to notice patterns like every 4-5 minutes then you are in labor
