I have a question.... is there anything I can take to get gunk out of my chest and stop my coughing? I know sudafed and antihistamines are a no no as they can dry milk up, but I'm miserable and I know I won't be able to sleep with all this gunk in there (nursing will be a challenge as well since everytime I cough it disrupts my daughter).... help mamas
