I LOVED Insanity Max 30! Shakeology is fine while nursing. It's not solely a protein powder but both my lactation nurses with each of my boys have it a two thumbs up for the nutrition I would pass to my babies.

@erinflaherty818, I would love to do shakeology but it's $130 a bag for a bag that's lasts about a month. that's way out of my price range.

It is super expensive :(. When I signed up to be a coach, it was originally for the discount. And then I made enough each month to cover my bag. And then I made enough to bank money and take a 1 year maternity leave. And then I retired from 15 years of teaching. 😂😂😂. All cause I wanted the dang discount! Bwaahahahah! I hear the GNC Lean is decent though. I'm kind of wary of protein powders cause so many are a chemical shitstorm. When I used a protein powder, I used metabolix. But now I won't because it was sweetened with Splenda and I didn't want aching joints. The Tera Whey @dawnsurvivior mentioned sounds interesting and decent!
