So since I can't work due to complications with this pregnancy because of having a c section 5 months ago, we had to go on food stamps. well New card was issued the 31st. according to them we should have received it 3 days ago. we still haven't and our benefits are there now...we have like no food in this house at all. apparently someone is stealing mail in our neighborhood and I just found out about it. I am so upset because we use that to buy my daughter's baby food right now and a couple extra cans of formula. we are almost out of money and have another week until payday again. seriously stressing about this. I already skip meals so my husband can eat and I know I shouldn't because I am pregnant but I can't just send him to work hungry. my mom's offered to help us out but there is no such thing as help from her. we will constantly owe her something in return. I just am so stressed!

@vella89, yes condoms and spermicide didn't work while I was waiting to get my period to start my pill. @lalamichelle0707 around here they only give food if there is no income in the household. my husband works but it goes on bills baby furniture clothes diapers wipes etc.

can they issue you a card that you could pick up right away? we had Mail stolen recently and thousands were charged to a credit card of mine. hopefully things work out for you and fast.

they told me all I can do is cancel that card and wait to get another one they can send out

Does your stomach hurts a lot @irishtwinmom13 ?? I've had 3 C-section's and my stomach hurts a lot with this one which is my 4th

@vella89, It's definitely tender. I get a lot of twinges around my incision. my doctor doesn't seem to be too worried about rupture or anything though. they told me at 5 weeks PP my incision looked more like it was 5 month old. putter and inner. I had to have an ultrasound to make sure I had no retained placenta. I expect the further along I get the more uncomfortable it will be. does your recovery with the second one take longer? does it hurt worse?
