Started my induction at 8am. Almost 4pm & still no baby. Lol. It's been a slow process & I'm positive that I still have a long way to go, but I'm happy with the way things are going so far & the fact that I'll have Baby G in my arms when I'm discharged this time. 🙌💙👶 Mommy is so ready for you Greyson!🙏

Ohhhh that makes sense! @lizette95 My doctor made a point to say that we were gonna see if my water will break on its own so I didn't know if that's how they usually do it or not. How was your induction?? I still don't exactly know what to expect. I've gotten my second dose of the cervix softening meds & had mild contractions but that's about it
@lildarebear, he won't be here before 12 so I'll like actually be 39 w/ my original due date by the time they expect him to make an appearance haha. Idk it's gonna take a while I feel like that's another reason why I was scheduled at the date I was
The only reason why they had to break my water is because my LO heart beat was dropping so he had to get out that same day. But yes they always try to get it to break on its own

I'm 38 weeks & 7 days, so basically 39 weeks. My doctor changed my due date to be a day earlier so we could get it done because I've been in an unbearable amount of pain & haven't even been able to walk by myself because of the way my son is laying on my sciatic nerve.. I'm also not dilating like I should be for how low my son is & I was super swollen so my doctor suggested it. I honestly wish my body would have done it naturally, but even after stripping my membranes my cervix started to close 😪😁😁@lildarebear
Did your doctor recommend you be induced at 38 weeks or did you decide to do it early? Im really wanting to move up a week since my doctor said she wants a scheduled induction date by my 39th week. We're so ready for baby and we got our green light for her being ok to be delivered early we just need to schedule a date. @chrissytee
It takes forever i was induced at 11 am and at 8 pm i was only at a 3 dr broke my water and had jr by 11:33pm

his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing.
