They say do kegels Exercises to strengthen your pelvic muscles . , but girl I do it when I throw up to . It's sad smh! I feel like a lil old lady can't control her bladder😂😁

What’s the most embarrassing thing that happened to you ladies during labor!? With both boys I pooped, but with Eliana I peed everywhere!!! I thought my water broke and the lady kept say no hunny you’re just peeing I said but it doesn’t even feel like pee it just keeps coming.... she said I can check you and see but I believe it’s just pee! She checked me and my water bag was bulging but hadn’t broke.... oddly enough I found that more embarrassing then pooping and I cried because I was so embarr...
