@ttc.at.38, we have only used it twice early on in April when I thought I was ovulating. my cycle has been irregular on day 58 today so saving it until we ovulate so it isn't a waste. I heard to use it all the time but with my long cycles we use it when I feel I'm in my fertile week. hope it works well for you guys! @hgeer1475 hg

I used it first time yesterday and no cramping.. but today I'm having cramping but I think my af is coming 😣
