you can use those little motion sickness wrist bands. they work very well!!

Ginger is also supposed to help with motion sickness. Maybe give her a ginger candy or a small bit of ginger ale before or during the car ride

I would call and check but most of the time if they are over 20lbs then they can take anything that's proscribed to a 2 year old. The nurse at the pediatric office can answer that for you.

@karnamarie, It's not recommended for children under 2. So, I'm not sure what the dosage would be for her. She's 22 almost 23lbs.
