Anyone who has experienced PUPPP, please tell me what you used to help it!! I really don't wanna take steroids. I've already tried Pine tar soap and it hasn't really helped

The steroid cream was the only thing that helped me and I hate meds. I tried everything. Nothing helped

oakmeal bath, bag balm rub, non scented lotion like aquaphor

I tried oatmeal and oil and moisturizing and none of it helps :( I might just give in and try the steroid cream
