What is a good way to get exercise? I can only go 4 blocks without getting contractions

it just depends. if you're just starting I would take it easy but it's recommend to do 300 a day (I can't do that many lol) they're supposed to strengthen your pelvic floor and make pushing a breeze, plus they make your butt look good lol
