Today we're chatting all things potty training with @smilingwithmyawesome4kids, who is a mombassador and admin of the very popular potty training group in the app. Share your potty training stories, ask questions and share tips on this post. @smilingwithmyawesome4kids will also answer any questions! Here's her bio and general tips: Hello I am Ceiamaria I am a stay at home Mother to 4 children ages 12,8,7 and 11 months old. I am happily married for 12 years and we are still going strong. I am determined and driven for success FAILURE isn't an option for me. I potty trained my oldest at 9 months old. My 2 middle son's were more difficult they were between 18 months and 2 years old. My baby boy was showing interest in potty training, I decided to buy him a potty chair. Potty training tips 1.) Don't rush your child 2.)Don't yell at your child 3.) Don't punish your child for having accidents 4.) Don't give you child candy 5.) Don't compare other children to your child 6.) Do praise your child 7.) Clap your hands when your child goes to the potty. 8.)Take your child every 15-30 minutes to the potty 9.)Don't criticize your child 10.) I don't recommend pull ups but I don't bash mothers who decided to use them. 11.) Remember potty training is not taught in one day you have to be determined to potty train your child. THATS WHAT IM SAYING!! I thought I was just being judgmental! @london1010 Yeah I heard that rice cereal helps with reflux so your situation was completely different. This chick voluntarily just started feeding her baby fruit pouches and oatmeal at 1month old or 2 weeks. The only reason I know this info is because she blogs about it!!! I'm like 🤔🤔🤔🤔

I gave my baby a little rice cereal at 2.5 months but that's only because she never got full and made herself puke all the time. 1 month is definitely not okay, especially if she's giving the whole amount

@babyjjsmommy, that's what I'm saying!!! I just gave my baby mango baby purée and she's 4.5months and I'm drowning in paranoia because I'm afraid she'll get an allergy!! I could not imagine feeding my baby anything but her milk at 1month

I didn't think you were supposed to introduce solids until 6m? I've heard of people starting at 4m but one month old? Noooooo their stomachs cannot handle all that.
